About Me
My name is Callie Leasure, not only the founder but I am your Ally Virtual Assistant. I have over 25 years of business operational experience. Small businesses and professionals hire me on a contract basis to act as their part-time “business manager and virtual assistant.” I’m a Nashville, Tennessee native but I currently reside in Waco, TX.
I spent the first 15 years of my career assisting some amazing, very successful C-level executives. Through them, I learned the ins and outs of running a successful company. I also learned that hard work, great integrity, taking consistent action, and never giving up are keys to long-term success.
In 2014, I bought a failing business. I combined my own determination with the lessons I’ve learned throughout my career. It proved to be a recipe for success, the business grew and thrived. In 2020, I sold that now successful venture for top dollar.
I decided to venture out on my own once again by starting Ally Virtual Assistant. I wanted to create a platform/role to use the expertise that I have learned over the years to help other professionals grow and thrive in their businesses.
I work smart and I work hard all with a great attitude. I’m the “go-to” person when people want to get things done right the first time. You can’t afford not to have me on your team!
